What is executive
dysfunction?
Executive dysfunction is like having a
foggy compass in a busy world. It
affects your ability to plan, prioritize,
and follow through on tasks—
making even small, everyday things
feel overwhelming. You might
struggle to get started, lose track of
time, or forget what you meant to do
next.
What is body doubling?
For individuals with executive
dysfunction, having another person
present provides gentle pressure to
stay on task, reduces overwhelm, and
adds a sense of shared purpose. This
support makes challenging tasks feel
more manageable.
Who is flowgenius?
We help women with executive dysfunction improve their confidence, focus, and organization skills by offering science-backed, flexible planning solutions that give them autonomy and peace of mind to accomplish anything they set their mind to.
When is the app coming
out?
We expect to release a beta version of our app in early 2026, followed by a full release in 2027. If you are interested in beta testing, please join our email list.
